3 Day Wildlife Safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park
This amazing excursion heads you to Queen Elizabeth National Park in the South western part of Uganda along Uganda’s border with Democratic Republic of Congo; it’s popularly known for Wildlife Safaris.
This three day visit exposes you to different Wildlife species habited with in the Park including Wild animals like Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Leopards, Kobs, Impala, famous tree climbing lions, reed bucks, bush bucks and more, primates like chimpanzees, Colobus monkeys, blue monkeys, red tailed monkeys, vervets, baboons and more, different reptile species, different aquatic species, plus different bird species which are recorded sightable.
Activities done include game drives, launch trip cruise, chimpanzee tracking, white water rafting, bird watching, white water rafting and more.
Day 1: Transfer from Kampala- Queen Elizabeth National Park
Early in the morning after breakfast, our Safari guide will pick you from hotel of residence and start the journey from Kampala or Entebbe to Queen Elizabeth National Park in South western part of Uganda via Kampala-Masaka-Mbarara highway using suitable 4x4 wheel drive Safari jeep.
Stop over at the equator in Kayabwe before reaching Masaka town is included for a brief explanation about the equator, photos and snacks then continue with the Journey up to the Park, lunch is provided enroute in Mbarara town and then continue with the journey up to the Park, check in at the lodge for relaxation as you prepare for evening game drive. Dinner and overnight stay are at the lodge (in / near) the Park.
Day2: Game drive & boat ride
Early in the morning after breakfast embark the Safari jeep for morning game drive using suitable 4x4 wheel drive pop up Safari jeep to search for different Wildlife species within the Park particularly Wild animals including Elephants, Buffaloes, Lions, Leopards, famous tree climbing lions in Ishasha sector and more.
After this 3-4 hour session in the Park, we will return to lodge for lunch as you prepare for the amazing afternoon launch trip cruise along Kazinga Channel which connects Lake George to Lake Edward, exposing you to different aquatic species like hippopotamus, crocodiles and different species of water birds. After we return to lodge for dinner and overnight stay.
Day3: Queen Elizabeth National Park- drive to Kampala/Entebbe
Early in the morning after breakfast if time allows depending on the details of the return flight you can have a visit to Kyambura gorge in the morning for chimpanzees and then after check out at the lodge for the amazing journey back to Kampala/ Entebbe for your return flight back home, Lunch is provided enroute in Mbarara town.
Our Safari guide will drop you off at Entebbe international airport. Meal plan: Half-board. End of our amazing services.
